Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be in its original condition and packaging;

show no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Return Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
Return Liability
We recommend sending returns with track & trace. PawPau is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
